What We Do

The STAR Project works with individuals, shelters, and other rescues nationwide and provides a safe, loving environment for at-risk animals through our network of approved foster homes. We take care of all needs while the animal in is our care - from toys to food to medical care to training, until a forever home is found. We also promote and educate a no-kill philosophy, responsible pet ownership, and strive to end animal abuse and breed specific discrimination.
